Robert Greenaway, Author of "The Small Book on Big Leadership" was raised in the Appalachian Mountains in Central Pennsylvania. His role as a leader came early as he stepped into Law Enforcement as a Patrol Officer. Robert served for 25 years in a suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Police Department until he retired as Commander of the patrol division and CEO of community relations. While serving he dedicated time to several other organizations: Law Enforcement Consultation, Mental Health and Social Services, Mental Health and First Aid, QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor, and an investigator in the Employment Suitability Industry. From growing up in a small Coal Community to his many years of service Robert has a broad and unique perspective on leadership and how its applied in different vocations. Robert started "Set The Path" out of his desire to help others and the joy he has for spreading education. Set The Path is a tool used to redirect your energy from the duty life into being a leader for society. First responders, Military and Law Enforcement all have the unique ability to lead! Fine tuning that leadership for civilian life can be a tricky task when dealing with a society that lacks emotional control. Robert's mission is to support the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of those who are going through this life change.
