Chrystal is a faith-based life coach who helps women create a fun adventurous life God designed them for! For Chrystal, alcohol used to be her best friend until it was her worst enemy. For years she used alcohol to celebrate or drown my sorrows. She thought her habits around alcohol were okay since she wasn’t drinking daily. It was okay until God led her to leave the relationship she was in for almost 10 years. And at this point she was already trying to moderate, taking breaks, switching from whiskey to wine etc. but the days sober became less and less and for the first time she felt like she was losing control. So she listened to what God was saying and reached out for mentorship and support. While this journey hasn’t been easy, it’s been the best decision she made in life aside from deciding to follow Jesus. He has made her mess into a message, ministry and resource for those struggling in this area. She's been able to mentor women all across the states who are willing to make the switch to an alcohol free lifestyle and listen to the Holy Spirit's leading.
